Our ideal team members have a background in snowboarding (or skiing – don’t worry we won’t hold that against you) and a love of the mountains. Warehouse/Fulfiment Assistant - Casual - Posted 28/6/25

Deliver a world class customer experience through the successful management of all Melbourne Snowboard fulfilment processes. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person to ensure the end-to-end fulfilment process is seamless and meet all expected deadlines. In this role you will assist the Logistics Manager with all inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate SOH is maintained throughout all Melbourne Snowboard Centre distribution channels at all times, and assisting with the day-to-day receiving and distribution of product and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store order lines, ensuring no delays to fulfilment occur
• Manage packaging and delivery standards and ensure all orders out are in line with MSC standards
• Guarantee team safety when working in the warehouse by promoting safe work practices
• Contribute to the management of an effective product storage floorplan in the warehouse to optimise efficiency
• Assist with stocktake and general stock control
• Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse, including re-arranging stock to optimise warehouse space
• Contribute to effective loss prevention processes in the Warehouse and in store
• Assist with receiving of stock shipments and deliveries and unload them accordingly within the warehouse
• Deliver product to stores, ensuring there is minimal disruption to trade (full drivers license required and forklift license preferred)

A successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse/fulfilment role using shipping software
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse environment
• Previous experience driving and delivering goods
