Work With Us

Winter is approaching and we're getting ready for a big season! If you are someone who lives for winter and all things snow then now is the time to get in touch. We are looking to fill some key positions with the ideal candidates who love the sport, love their work, and want to be surrounded by like-minded people.
About us:
Melbourne Snowboard Centre is a family owned snowboard store in Preston, Victoria, that was voted Australia's #1 snowboard store in 2023 and 2024. We are always on the hunt for people to join our crew of passionate riders that offer the amazing customer service experience that we are renowned for.
Our ideal team members have a background in snowboarding (or skiing – don’t worry we won’t hold that against you) and a love of the mountains. Snowsports Retail or Rental experience is highly desirable but not essential. Are you someone who believes in creating a quality customer experience even when the pace is frenetic? Can you get onboard with the team and help your colleagues when the store is packed? Do you believe in offering industry-best service to every customer? If you are someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, is energetic, and has a positive attitude then get your resume and cover letter prepared and send it to web@melbournesnowboard.com.au.
Being part of the crew you can expect to gain access to demo products, participate in sales incentives that score you rewards from leading brands, get invited to industry only events, and increase your product knowledge with in store events that include drinks, food and product giveaways.
If everything you have just read sounds like the right fit, drop your application to us in person in store or our send us an email!Â
