About us:
Melbourne Snowboard Centre is a family owned snowboard store in Preston, Victoria, that was voted Australia's #1 snowboard store in 2023 and 2024. We are always on the hunt for people to join our crew of passionate riders that offer the amazing customer service experience that we are renowned for.
Our ideal team members have a background in snowboarding (or skiing – don’t worry we won’t hold that against you) and a love of the mountains. Snowsports Retail or Rental experience is highly desirable but not essential. Are you someone who believes in creating a quality customer experience even when the pace is frenetic? Can you get onboard with the team and help your colleagues when the store is packed? Do you believe in offering industry-best service to every customer?
