Price Match Policy

At MSC, we want to make sure you're getting the biggest range at a great price. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in stock item from another Australian retailer, we’ll match it.

How do I price match?

  1. If you find a lower price from another Australian retailer, let us know in store, over the phone, or via email. The item must be identical (including brand, model, year, colour, size, etc.) and must be in stock and available online. 

  2. We will verify that the price is advertised, the item matches, and the item is in stock. We will not match any 'member only' discounts, discount codes, or individual quotes.

  3. Once we verify the lower price, we’ll match it*.

Please Note:

  • The retailer must be a physical retail store; we don’t price match online-only retailers or marketplaces.
  • The item must be in stock and available to purchase at the competitor’s store.
  • The policy doesn’t apply to clearance, closeout, refurbished, or damaged items.
  • Other discounts, rewards points, or promotions can’t be combined with the price match. 
  • The competing retailer must offer free shipping or have the shipping price factored in when the item is eligible for free shipping with Melbourne Snowboard Centre.
