Terms and Conditions

1. Ballot Entry & Eligibility

  • Entry into the ballot is free and open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed at our discretion.
  • The ballot is only available for a 48 hour window from 10am 13/1/26 - 10am 15/1/26. 

2. Nature of the Ballot

  • The ballot provides the selected winner with the opportunity to purchase the advertised snowboard and binding package at the listed price.
  • This ballot is not a giveaway or competition prize. No item is provided for free.

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • The advertised ballot price is final.
  • No discounts, promotions, store credits, loyalty rewards, or gift cards may be applied to the purchase.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be contacted by phone at the time of the draw.
  • If the winner does not answer the call, an alternative entrant will be redrawn.
  • This process will continue until the product is successfully sold.
  • There will be no voicemails or callbacks. 
  • Melbourne Snowboard Centre reserves the right to exclude individuals from the ballot if they believe the individuals entry into the ballot is in bad faith (eg. intent to resell etc.)

5. Purchase & Payment

  • Immediate payment is required at the time of notification to secure the purchase.
  • Failure to complete payment immediately will result in forfeiture of the opportunity, and another entrant will be selected.
  • Payment must be made using accepted payment methods only.

6. Mailing List Consent

  • By entering the ballot, entrants consent to being added to our mailing list.
  • Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • All ballot purchases are final sale.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Product Availability

  • The ballot applies only to the specific snowboard and binding package advertised.
  • Substitutions, size changes, or swaps are not permitted once the ballot has closed.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by entrants.
  • We accept no responsibility for technical issues, delays, or failures that may prevent an entrant from being contacted.

10. Shipping

  • Pickup in store is encouraged and available at no extra cost.
  • If requiring shipment of the items, a $10 signature upon delivery charge is required upon payment.
  • Shipping insurance is available and will be quoted upon confirmation of the order
  • Shipping is available only to valid Australian residential or business addresses
  • Melbourne Snowboard Centre reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address that does not meet our criteria and can cancel orders that are shipping to freight forwarding addresses. If requesting shipment to a freight forwarder, you will forfeit your opportunity to purchase. 

11. General

  • We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the ballot process or breaches these terms.
  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the ballot at any time if circumstances arise outside of our control.
  • Our decision regarding all matters related to the ballot is final.
