Description
The Nitro Zaza is the all new, all terrain twin snowboard, inspired by Rider of the Year, Iris Pham. This perfect all mountain twin allows you to level up your riding and hone your skills all over the mountain. With the Whiplash Core for maximum pop and stability and a True Camber bend, you can have all the response you could ever need while you carve, jib, and have the most fun all over the mountain.
Board Type: Freestyle-All Mountain
Freestyle snowboards are built for park riders and those who love performing tricks on jumps, rails, and side hits. They feature a true twin shape, which means they ride symmetrically in both directions, making them ideal for riding switch.
All Mountain snowboards are versatile boards that excel across various terrains, from groomed runs to off-piste. They typically feature a directional or directional twin shape, with a medium flex for a balance of stability while still being playful. These boards offer solid edge control and responsiveness, making them a great option for riders who want one board to do just about everything.
Flex: 7/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
Offering a balanced blend of flexibility and stiffness, mid-flex boards are versatile and suitable for all-mountain riding. They provide enough responsiveness for carving while maintaining some forgiveness for playful or casual riding.
Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Intermediate snowboards offer more responsiveness and stability at higher speeds, with a slightly stiffer flex for better control on varied terrain and more advanced manoeuvres.
Advanced snowboards are stiffer and more responsive, designed for high-speed control, precision riding, and handling challenging terrain or tricks.
Shape: Twin
Exactly the same whether you're riding switch or regular, this allows you to push your switch riding and land comfortably regardless of which way you're facing.
Camber Type: True Camber
The original camber type, unmatched for strong snap and powerful response. Each True Camber board in the Nitro range has its own special tweak to suit its intended terrain type, keeping the camber shape with a more specialised ride.
Profile: Whiplash Core Profile
The Whiplash Core Profile reduces thickness of the board between the inserts while adding more outside your feet. This gives maximum ollie power, while still maintaining flex.
Width: Standard
Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.
Sidecut: Radial
A single radius along the length of the board makes this sidecut extremely versatile and predictable.
Inserts: 2x4 Inserts
These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.

Bi-Lite Laminates have fibres running in two directions, providing strength, power, and a forgiving board feel.

A performance driven core with tip to tail Poplar wood and additional Beech Wood stringers. The result: Unmatched strength, smooth response, and a tonne of snap.
Sidewall: Ureshred Sidewall
By using the same materials as skateboard wheels and bushings, the polyurethane sidewalls are highly resistant to impact and damage while being damp enough to keep you comfortable underfoot.
Base: Sintered EcoSpeed HD Base
A sustainable, hard, durable, and fast base material, that soaks up wax and moves quickly.
Edges: Recycled Railkiller Edges
Edges designed specifically to handle the impact and stress of freestyle riding, they offer more than 200% impact resistance over a standard edge.

We are a local, independently owned store and do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds (this includes incorrect sizing), however we're happy to offer you a store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery for online orders).
- Proof of purchase included
- The item/s must be sent back in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging in resalable condition, including manufacturer tags where applicable. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all returned items are delivered to Melbourne Snowboard Centre in their original condition.
- Item is not marked as 'clearance'
- We cannot offer returns on any Facemasks, Neckwarmers, Thermals, Socks or Chains due to hygiene and/or the nature of their use.
Store credits, lasting up to 3 years, will be issued for the amount paid at time of purchase for the particular item being returned. They are issued via email in which you'll receive a 13 digit code that you can use at checkout online or in store.
Unfortunately stock levels vary and we are not able to stock all products in all sizes, which may result in your desired exchange product or size not being available. In the event that your desired exchange product is not in stock, a store credit will be issued.
Should you not want a credit or exchange, in extenuating circumstances Melbourne Snowboard Centre may issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
