The 2026 Lib-Tech Doughboy makes the spirit of the 90s come alive through this modern day take on a classic. Crafted by the brilliant mind of Mike Olson, this board carves with ease and glides like a high-speed jet, proving that its nearly two-meter size is more than meets the eye. With traditional camber, Original Power core, and Magne-Traction tech, you will be filled with confidence to push yourself even further beyond your norms.
Board Type: All Mountain - Freeride
All Mountain snowboards are versatile boards that excel across various terrains, from groomed runs to off-piste. These boards offer solid edge control and responsiveness, making them a great option for riders who want one board to do just about everything.
Freeride snowboards are built for steeper, off-piste terrain. These boards are ideal for aggressive riding and usually for more advanced riders.
Flex: 6/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
Offering a balanced blend of flexibility and stiffness, mid-flex boards are versatile and suitable for all-mountain riding. They provide enough responsiveness for carving while maintaining some forgiveness for playful or casual riding.
Ability Level: Advanced
Advanced snowboards are stiffer and more responsive, designed for high-speed control, precision riding, and handling challenging terrain or tricks.
Shape: Directional Twin
A directional twin snowboard has a symmetrical shape but with a slightly shifted stance, making it ideal for riders who want the versatility of a twin for freestyle, with the added stability of a directional design. It performs well both regular and switch but excels in one direction, offering improved control on varied terrain.
Camber Type: Camber

The original camber type, unmatched for strong snap and powerful response. Camber distributes maximum energy to the tip and tail for precision, power, and pop underfoot.
Width: Standard
Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.
Inserts: 2x4 Inserts
These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.
Board Construction
Topsheet: Eco Sublimated Poly Topsheet
This topsheet is made using an eco-friendly sublimation that is both strong and environmentally friendly.
Laminate: Tri-Ax/Magnesium Techno Fiber Bands, Carbon Additives
The 0°, 45°, -45° glass fiber orientation delivers an ideal balance of torsional responsiveness and flex performance, while the high-magnesium-content glass fiber offers exceptional tensile strength, a high elastic modulus, and outstanding strength-to-weight properties. With the addition of Carbon you get even more rigidity and pop underfoot.
Core: Original Power Pop Construction Core

Light, environmentally nice, and strong. Combines 75% Aspen and 25% Paulownia woods with Tri-Ax glass and Magnesium Techno Fiber Bands and Carbon, you get a board that pops and is responsive like no other.
Sidewall: Birch Internal, UHMW Sintered Sidewalls
Durable, high-impact ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It delivers exceptional impact resistance, superior resilience, and a smooth, damped ride.
Base: Eco Sublimated TNT Base
TNT is the fastest, highest-density UHMW base, designed for performance without wax due to a dual-layer thermal fusion creating a durable crystalline structure for consistent speed. The titanium layer reflects heat, maintaining snow temperature and eco-friendly sublimation delivers vibrant graphics. This base is easy to maintain, easy to repair, and stays fast even as wax wears off.
Additional Features:
-
UHMW Tip/Tail Impact Deflection
By removing the edge around the nose and tail and replacing it with UHMW material, you no longer need to worry about running your nose and tail into objects and damaging the edge. This makes it easy to repair and reduce swing weight.
