For orders that are being collected in store:
You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected from Melbourne Snowboard Centre (392 Plenty Rd, Preston, VIC) as soon as possible.
For orders that are being shipped:
You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are provided via email for all orders that are being shipped.
In-stock items purchased with a preorder snowboard will be shipped immediately and will not be held to be shipped with your snowboard. If you require your items be held and shipped when your snowboard is available, please make this known to MSC as soon as possible.
Please note: All estimated delivery dates/windows are estimates only. These have been provided to Melbourne Snowboard Centre by the supplier and are subject to change. If any delays are made known to Melbourne Snowboard Centre you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions
A preorder with Melbourne Snowboard Centre is defined by the purchase (payment in full) of a product prior to it being available in store or at our warehouse.
2025 Preorder Snowboards
Melbourne Snowboard Centre reserves the right to cancel a preorder at its discretion. In the event of a delayed shipment, Melbourne Snowboard Centre will contact the relevant customers at the soonest possible time after being notified of the delay. Melbourne Snowboard Centre will not be responsible for the delay or cancellation of a delivery of 2025 model snowboards.
