Salomon Gypsy Grom 2021 *PREORDER*

Size Chart
- +

The 2021 Salomon Gypsy Grom takes the tech from the Gypsy and shrinks it down for smaller riders. The Rock Out Camber gets the balance right between playfulness and edge control, and the Aspen Core gives plenty of pop. With the BiteFree edges and a Freestyle Edge Bevel catching edges is a thing of the past, so you can just focus on progressing those skills.

This board is scheduled for delivery to Melbourne Snowboard Centre in June 2020. This is an estimated delivery window and is subject to change. You will be notified via email once your board is ready to be collected in store, or once it has been shipped (if being shipped).

Key Features

Traditional Camber throughout the board with a big flat spot between the bindings for added stability, response, and edge hold without feeling aggressive, plus rocker outside the feet to maximise pressability.

A soft-mid flex that offers all mountain versatility. Playful when you want it, and stable when you need it.

Playfulness Precision Responsiveness/Pop Floatation

True Twin

True Twin boards are constructed exactly the same from tip to tail for identical performance in both switch and regular.

Core: Aspen

A full-length Aspen wood core with high-density birch strips for enhanced insert strength.

BA LD - The use of low-density fibres creates a lighter board that keeps its playful forgiving flex forever.

Popster - Pop meets performance. Popster shapes the woodcore profile with strategically placed variations of thickness, providing skate-influenced snap and pop.

Base: Extruded EG

A harder compound than standard extruded, Salomon Extruded EG takes the easy maintenance of a non-sintered base and adds Electra for increased gliding characteristics.

Mounting Pattern: 2x4 Inserts

Additional Features:

Bite Free Edges - Pre-tuned edges for minimum catch.

ABS Sidewalls - These sidewalls are placed in the board to promote energy transfer, dampen vibrations, and soften hard landings.
