The 2021 Lib-Tech Split BRD is the perfect mix of a stable and poppy, with a big floaty nose and and a nice taper for smooth and easy turns, with effortless float in deep snow. Designed to be lightweight for easier ascents and smoother descents, plus featuring stable and poppy C3 Camber for stability on the way up and down, the Split BRD is a dream splitboard for anyone looking to break free from the resort.

Very mild rocker between your feet with powerful camber to the tip and tail. This is Mervins version of traditional camber, offering maximum edge hold, pop, power and precision with extra float and carve.

Flex: 6.5/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)

Shape: Directional

Featuring a wide and floaty nose, 2.5" setback and 5mm of taper, you get ultimate performance when riding forward.

Core: Split BRD Core

Lighter, environmentally nicer, tougher. Combines 5% Aspen and 95% Paulownia woods with Triax and Biax Fibreglass for a great long lasting ride.

Base: Eco Sublimated TNT

Fast, strong, low maintenance, and environmentally friendly. This base is a mixture of sintered and extruded, giving you the best of both worlds.

Additional Features:

Magnetraction - 7 strategically placed serrations along the edges of the board grip onto the snow and hold a strong edge in any condition.

Thin Tip and Tail - Reduces weight.

Eco Sublimated Bio Beans Topsheet - A bio-plastic made from beans. Good for your board, and good for the environment.
