Description

The Jones Womens Hovercraft is the pow board that is so much more than just a pow board. It is an all-terrain, all-conditions, all-mountain smashing machine. Blower Japan snow or crust and crud will be dominated by the Hovercraft as it floats through anything thanks to the directional blunt shape. The stiffer tail and magne-traction still give you plenty of control on groomers when it hasn't snowed for a while. Also thanks to the oversized nose of the board, it is designed to be ridden 6-8cm shorter than your average board.

Key Features

Camber Type: Positive Hybrid

Camber under the feet for awesome edge hold and powerful turning. Rocker nose so you can sit back and enjoy the ride in powder.

Flex: 7/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)

Great stiffness for riding pow. Just enough to have maximum control in really light fluffy powder but also soft enough for when you hit any unwanted crud.

Shape: Directional

Ride it forwards and get down the mountain with ease! If you need to ride it switch too it can but plan to spend most of your day going in a single direction.

Core: Classic Core

Full Wood core that comes from the very original Jones lineup. Full of pop with an even flex.

Edges: Magne-Traction

7 points of contact for unmatched edge hold no matter what the snow condition is. When Jeremy Jones started his company his one requirement was to have boards that used Magne-Traction. Thankfully Lib-Tech allowed him to and he has been making killer boards ever since.

Base: Sintered 7000

Fastest base material available that easily absorbs wax for when you need to go even faster.

Extra Features:

New for 2017, the Women’s Hovercraft has a Spoon 4.0 Nose and Speed Channel tail. The edges of the Spoon nose are beveled up for improved float and turn fluidity while the tail edges are beveled up for less catch.
